My geek roots started in sci-fi literature and moved to comics. I have about 2 or 3 thousand comics now, mostly X-men. I worked in a comic shop in Oakland, CA. while I was in junior college.

I also played many sports in high school. I've been told being a comic nerd and an athlete is impossible. Maybe the space/time continuum will collapse.

I'm currently on disability and can't afford much new stuff unless I get a roommate.
